Shoptalk Internal Tool

Shoptalk Domaininator 3.0

If you have a company, we have a domain.Every answer is checked four ways before you see it: does it resolve, does it take mail, does a real server answer, and does the page actually talk about that company. Anything that only looks right says so.

Paste domains you already hold in the database, one per line or comma separated. Anything that comes back matching one of them is flagged as a Conflict so you can see what you already own.

checking server

1 · DNS

Does the name resolve to a real address, asked of the resolver directly rather than through the browser.

2 · MX

Does it receive mail. Operating companies almost always do. Parked and squatted domains almost never do.

3 · HTTP

Does a web server answer over TLS without bouncing to a known parking or for-sale host.

4 · Content

Does the page actually talk about this company. The only signal that speaks to ownership, so it is weighted hardest.
